Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)

  • Customers must record an unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This is mandatory to process returns, exchanges, or report damage.

Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Sizing Issues: Products that do not fit may be exchanged or returned for store credit, only if accompanied by an unboxing video.

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If shown in the video, we offer:
